On Monday, March 25, 2013 Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant signed amendments to the Uniform Commercial Code Articles 4A and 9 into law.

North Dakota becomes first state to enact Uniform Deployed Parents Custody and Visitation Act

On Friday, March 22, 2013, Governor Jack Dalrymple signed Uniform Deployed Parents Custody and Visitation Act into law, making North Dakota the first state to enact this legislation.
