The ULC is looking for law students interested in legislative work and statutory analysis for its summer, fall, and spring externship programs. Externs will have the opportunity to work with staff attorneys on legal research, writing, and analytical tasks. Through this work, students will develop familiarity with ULC projects in a variety of legal areas, including but not limited to family, business, trust and estates, and criminal law.

Externships are unpaid by the ULC. Externs should receive course credit in accordance with the requirements of their academic program. Externs will be based at the ULC offices in Chicago.
