Legislative Update

Our 2011 legislative year is officially underway, and we have already recorded the first enactment of the new legislative year. The honor goes to Michigan, for its recent enactment of the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act. This is just the beginning, of course. Every state will be in session next year, and legislative planning is already well underway in the states. All signs point to 2011 as another great year.
